N2 - In June 2020, the government of Ontario adopted the Security from Trespass and Protecting Food Safety Act , 2020. The Act is aimed at a worthwhile objective—the protection of the safety of Ontario’s farmers and of the food system. Unfortunately, by limiting expression, the bill poses a serious risk to the constitutional rights and freedoms of Canadians.
