Abstract
Most participants in the criminal justice system are well aware, in general terms, that particular difficulties arise for remote communities served only by circuit courts. Justice Sudeyko in this decision provides an informative glimpse into the details of those difficulties, in explaining the challenges the court faces even in the best of times.
