Abstract
In this episode of the fishy feminisms podcast, Dr. Sara Seck discusses her engagement with feminist relational approaches to law. She highlights the importance of the ecological embedded relational individual who is differentially situated as an important way to address environmental and climate injustices in legal spaces. We also talk about barriers to using feminist theory within academia.
