Criminal Code Reform: Where Do We Stand?

    Abstract

    This article outlines the many difficulties with the current Criminal Code, outlining in detail the areas where change is required. It then traces through the advocacy efforts made in the past few years by criminal law academics, and describes the modest proposals and steps which have come from the Federal government as a result.
