    Abstract

    The chapter begins with an analysis of the existing regulatory context, in particular, key decisions by the European Court of Justice and the European Commission, including the provisions of the Directive 2014/26/EU on Collective Rights Management. This Directive deals with, on the one hand, the principles of good governance of CMOs and multi-territorial online licensing of musical works.
